Reviewing students’ evaluation standards for “practical education” in Arab Open University/Jordan

This study was an assessment of the evaluation standards “Practical Education” module Elementary Education Undergraduate Program in Arab Open University/Jordan. Its main focus to investigate problems and views raised by students order develop more accurate evaluate their performance. The curriculum characteristics as well students’ portfolios field reports had been reviewed. A questionnaire a detailed face-to-face interactive meeting conducted with 55 male female academic year 2018/2019. results show that stress need adopt practical applications skill goals sought instead focusing on knowledge. express skills planning, implementation teaching tasks evaluation, while measure ability recall theoretical information. They extend training period acquire enough experience be efficient carry out properly. findings can applicable for other countries, especially developing sense modern student teachers, improving curricula respond schools’ requirements changing world.
